Delivering Your Order:
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery method selected. Here's what to expect:
- Free Delivery Orders: Orders with free delivery are sent out once a week, so please allow extra time for these to be dispatched. Once dispatched, these orders should arrive within 1–3 working days.
- Express and Next Day Delivery Orders: Place your order before 12pm (Monday to Friday), and we'll usually dispatch it the same business day. If your order comes in after 12pm or on the weekend, it will be sent on the next business day.
Returning Your Order:
You have 28 days from the dispatch date to return your order. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or within 28 days for store credit.
Items must be in their original condition and jewellery box to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns received after 28 days or not meeting these conditions may be declined.
Please note, some items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards and gift codes
- Final sale items
- Altered, personalised, or customised jewellery
