The Zero Waste Sale: Everything You Need To Know

The Zero Waste Sale: Everything You Need To Know

We believe in fair and consistent pricing all year. That's why we rarely hold sales and almost never offer discounts. You can save with our jewellery capsule bundles but you won't find seasonal sales or Black Friday offers on our site.

Selling our jewellery online only keeps our costs down and our prices fair–all year long. We don't need the mark-ups to cover shop overheads, wholesale fees, and retailer margins.

We make our jewellery in small batches and sell direct to you through our website, nowhere else. This means our prices are as affordable as possible, without the mark-ups and without compromising on our commitment to sustainability.

The Zero Waste Sale: Everything You Need To Know

Instead of traditional sales, where prices are inflated in order to offer deep discounts over the holidays. We have a Zero Waste Sale that's available to shop all year.

Our Zero Waste Sale is made up of samples, seconds, and gently-used jewellery. These pieces are sold at a discount as part of our take-back programme, helping to reduce waste and make our jewellery even more affordable.

These jewellery pieces are unworn customer returns, one-off samples, and seconds with slight imperfections. Most of the jewellery in our zero waste sale have no defects at all, and are just from being on display or from a customer's order that didn't work out.

The zero waste sale is periodically updated, typically after the holidays, at the end of seasons, and when we've been at a market. Join our mailing list to be first in line when new sale items drop.

The Zero Waste Sale: Everything You Need To Know

The Zero Waste Sale: FAQ

Everything you need to know about shopping the Zero Waste Sale.

What jewellery is in the sale?

The items in our sale are mostly from customer returns, product photography, and market displays. It also includes samples and seconds. We list where each item comes from and the condition it's in, so please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

What is the quality of sale items?

The majority of the jewellery in our sale is in perfect condition with no defects. They may have been tried on or used in photography shoots or at markets for display purposes (then cleaned by us.) We occasionally have one-off samples of test designs. Some pieces have minor defects or imperfections but all the jewellery we sell is wearable with barely noticeable flaws, if any at all.

What does 'seconds' mean?

Seconds refer to jewellery with minor imperfections that do not impact the integrity of the piece. An example may be an incorrect finish or a defect in the metal.

Can I use my gift card/code to buy sale jewellery?

Yes, absolutely.

Can I use discount codes on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be redeemed against sale items. Free delivery is still available for sale orders over £30.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order so long as it hasn't been marked as fulfilled.

Can I change my order or combine delivery?

Changes to your order cannot be made. We can try our best to combine delivery on separate orders as long as they haven't been dispatched. You'll need to get in touch with as soon as possible to make this possible.

Can I return my order?

All items are final sale in our zero waste collection. Due to the deep discounts, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please be aware of this when placing your order and please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you have any questions, contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
